Chaos & Cappuccinos is the company founded by Courtney Fantin. Chaos & Cappuccinos first product is Mabel. She is a 1998 revamped horse trailer transformed into a Magical Mobile Event Space. To say Chaos & Cappuccinos has fallen deeply would be an understatement. This company is a direct reflection of Courtney right to the core- constantly Creating, Connecting, Cultivating, Cherishing and Celebrating. Mabel is the perfect capsule and reflection of her belief and outlook on life and what Chaos and Cappuccinos presents.

Seriously! You never ask a girl that! Just kidding! Mabel is a big girl...she has a presence to say the least! Mabel is just about 8 feet tall, 8 feet wide and about 17 feet long (from the hitch to the back)! Please keep in mind Mabel is attached to a full size pickup. We can get Mabel anywhere both will fit. All we need is a flat space and we would prefer to have access to power. Mabel needs enough room to park, and there must be room for the truck and Mabel to pull through and/ or around. It is preferred that sufficient electricity is provided with a standard plug (but a generator can be used if need be). If relevant, please contact your venue to check their rules on drive up trailers. If permits are needed for Mabel to be present at the chosen location, it is up to the client to provide the permit. *If there is any doubt about whether or not Mabel will not fit, we will conduct a site visit to assess the space.

Again, this is a loaded question. Options for Mabel include...JUST MABEL as a “Blank Canvas”. Chaos and Cappuccinos drops Mabel off and she is your Blank Canvas to design, decorate, create and curate the event and space of your dreams. Then, we arrange a time for Mabel to be picked up and off to her next Magical event Making Memories. With Mabel’s Blank Canvas option....you, your caterer, event planner or venue would be in charge of all alcohol, food, glassware, rentals, decor, styling,etc. “Mabel with Chaos and Cappuccinos” is another option- more along our Making Magical Memories and Making Memories with Mabel packages (listed on Services page). Have Chaos and Cappuccinos style Mabel for your event and curate all of your visions, bringing them to life. You may have multiple visions for Mabel all within one day- think Bridal Suite in the morning, Mobile Bar at Cocktail Hour, a Photobooth in the evening...maybe even the late night snack station at midnight? Or just one purpose for her? Whatever it is.... Options are endless, and Chaos and Cappuccinos does offer styling services to create your dream vision.

That is entirely up to you! Either YOU, your Event Planner, the venue of your event, or Chaos & Cappuccinos. Any decorations that do not include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage Mabel can be used to decorate.

A 50 km travel radius of Richmond Hill, Ontario is included in our base pricing. Mileage above that will be at an extra cost. We service the GTA, Cottage Country, all of Ontario and beyond. We love travelling & are up for any adventure that includes Making Memories!

Yes, we have general liability insurance. Any Vendors working in Mabel must be fully Insured.

YES, if Mabel will be serving or selling alcohol & only if you are holding your event on public property (ex: Town hall, Church, Event Venue, etc.). If you are holding the event on private property (ex: Backyard, Cabin, Property, Farm, etc) a SOP is NOT required. For more information and to apply online, please visit Alchol and Gaming Commision of Ontario website. We are always happy to help with the application process if needed! A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. A SOP is required any time alcohol is served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence.

Comfortably a dinner party of 8-10 people can fit inside Mabel while sharing and gathering together over a meal with a harvest table. *Standing, Mingling, Lounging, Photo taking, Grazing over yummy desserts, drinks and charcuterie boards is a different story....10-15 people can comfortably stand, lounge and relax inside Mabel while Making Memories over conversations, laughing, eating, drinking, photo taking and of course, memory making. But remember...that is just inside! She creates a gorgeous backdrop or main statement piece for all those mixing and mingling around her and in front of her.

We sure can! If the weather isn’t cooperating, or you just prefer the indoors, Mabel can move inside if there is appropriate space. If there isn’t a space (i.e barn, garage, etc.) you can coordinate a tent or other type of shelter for Mabel to be parked under.
